Thailand
Acts of Mercy International is responding to a growing crisis on the Myanmar - Thailand border involving people who have been trafficked into forced criminality, which is most often online scamming. Our AOMI team works in the epicenter of this crisis, responding to the immediate needs of these victims of human trafficking on their journey to freedom. AOMI engages in victim rescue and recovery care, including providing shelter, food, and basic needs in addition to advocacy and supporting victims as they navigate their return home.
